Negotiation Counseling

Good advice should be based on principles of a constructive process and a quest for optimal and sustainable results. That is what I strive to provide when you work with me.

I try to be brave. This involves choosing new paths in an attempt to inspire. I am fascinated by other brave and fearless people, who are often those who open up to surprising solutions and new insights. These can be brave negotiators, fearless young idealists, fearless politicians and brave artists, brave children, and brave pioneers.

Negotiation counseling can include:

  • Facilitation, where parties are assisted in conducting difficult or complex negotiation processes.
  • Personal one-on-one counseling for leading negotiators or entire delegations – either immediately or over an extended period.
  • Assistance in resolving disagreements and conflicts – through conversations or by providing relief in predictably difficult situations. A helping hand to those striving for a better situation.
