Online Negotiation Course


A new intensive online negotiation course will start in December 2024. 
The online course consists of two modules. In these 2 modules, participants will gain: 

  • An understanding of constructive negotiation and insights into how to influence negotiation culture while creating more valuable and satisfying results.
  • Insights into the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in your negotiations.
  • Theoretical and practical insights into online and face-to-face negotiations.
  • Knowledge of theories on negotiation and facilitation of negotiations in different contexts and the use of AI in designing negotiation processes.
  • Skills to influence the collaboration culture across and up and down your organization through constructive negotiation.
  • Contacts with other participants whose daily lives and challenges resemble your own, from whom you can receive and offer advice.
